Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on 15 August 1994. Her work in the fitness industry has become well-known. Ashley does not talk about her parents, however she does credit her grandfather for being the person that inspired her to start working out. Her grandfather was an avid bodybuilder as was in his 30s and 40s. Ashley was always active. At the age of four, she started to swim and she did it for about 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in however she was not as committed because she was not ready to go on an incredibly strict diet to ensure her body would be able to give all it can. It is believed that she enjoyed a lot of attention in high school because of her beautiful looks and curvy figure. However, it's not known whether or not Ashley had a relationship during this period. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she wouldn't enroll in college. She instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness-model. Ashley was only 15 years old older when she realizing that her physique wasn't exactly the way she wanted it to be. After being encouraged to go to the gym by her grandfather, Ashley commenced working out. But, she heeded his advice in starting off slowly. Ashley inspired by her victory at the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships placed seventh. Motivated by this defeat she continued training hard. Ashley participated at the WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished 5th. After the event completed, Ashley opted to not continue competing. When she participated in the competition, she received invitations to do photography shoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her professional life and decided against it. But, after she's retired from competing, Ashley decided to become an fitness model. Her cover was published in a well-known fitness magazine, which launched her fitness modelling career. She was signed by an agency straight away after. Since then, she has become an internationally renowned model and has worked for countless bikini labels and world-renowned clothing firms.
